ARTIST BIO
Ruth Shouval lives and works in Houston, Texas. She studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts in Jerusalem, Israel, and received her Masters Degree from the Rhode Island School of Design, where she currently teaches in the summer. She also attended the Glassel School of Art and was a recent participant in the 2nd PrintHouston Biennial. Shouval's two-person exhibitions and group exhibitions include Sol Koffler Gallery, Providence, Rhode Island; Sarah Doyle Gallery, Providence, Rhode Island; Museum of Printing History, Houston, Texas; Woods Gerry Gallery, Providence, Rhode Island; Barbara Davis Gallery, Houston, Texas. She also has public art installations in Providence, Rhode Island and Tel-Aviv, Israel. |
